John Peel’s Record Collection at The Space!

A project that could turn out to be the greatest website ever for music lovers, housed at thespace.org it is an online archive of the late, great, genius John Peel’s collection of almost 70,000 vinyl records. It also has snippets of his sublime radio shows, which shaped a generation. It does not get better than this. Get with it here and browse the collection here.

Liverpool Sea Odyssey!

Two giant puppets, created by French company Royal de Luxe, roamed Liverpool over the weekend as part of the Titanic anniversary events. The performance, “Sea Odyssey” took street theatre to another level with a special team of 110 puppeteers and crane operators invading Merseyside. Magic.

Tupac Lives!

This is the mindblowing moment that saw the resurrection of Tupac Shakur. Thanks to 3D holographic technology he played live onstage with Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre at the Coachella Festival. It took 3 months to create, but for a crowd who thought they would never get to see the murdered MC on stage again, it was worth every second.
