A Slow Year- Video Game Poetry!

A Slow Year from Ian Bogost on Vimeo.

The video game developer and professor, Ian Bogost, has made A Slow Year, four games that he is referring to as poetry. Based on the fours seasons and designed for the super cool 80’s console, (and my first console) the Atari 2600, it’s a strange project-creating strange games for a defunct console-but there is something quite beautiful about it. Read a great interview and the full story over at Kotaku.com and buy it here (it will work on your mac!)
